What is collected after consent?
The pilot may record page and session activity, referral and campaign information, coarse device categories, interactions, form-state milestones, performance data, consent receipts, and transient network information used for a bounded company lookup.
What does Visitor Intelligence do?
It can recognize a returning browser, summarize a consented journey, score engagement signals, and infer a possible or likely visiting business from coarse network and public business evidence. An IP address is never treated as proof of a person’s identity.
When can activity be connected to a person?
Only deterministic first-party evidence, such as contact information voluntarily submitted through a RankSprk form and matched exactly to an existing record, may create a known-visitor link. This pilot is not connected to a live CRM.
What choices are available?
Accept All grants the active optional purposes. Reject Non-Essential denies them. Customize lets you choose each optional purpose separately. Closing or scrolling does not grant consent. Global Privacy Control keeps Visitor Intelligence and marketing denied.
How long is test data retained?
Detailed activity is scheduled for deletion after 90 days and derived Visitor Intelligence activity after 180 days. Raw network lookup input is encrypted, removed after successful processing, and capped at 24 hours when processing cannot complete.
Is test data sold or used for outreach?
No. This synthetic pilot is not connected to live HighLevel records, advertising, email, SMS, calls, or sales workflows. RankSprk uses the data only to verify the commissioned service and its safeguards.
